Spreadsheets can be generated within various sections of the platform, such as the Asset Page’s Export to Excel > Generate. Once the spreadsheet has been generated, it will download to your browser’s Downloads folder.
You can generate a spreadsheet from all sections within Assets as well as other sections of the Platform. The following table shows which sections of the Platform can generate spreadsheet reports.

Note: The Reporting Hub can also be utilized to download and share information from the Platform with internal or external stakeholders.
Downloading a Spreadsheet File
Navigate to the Asset you wish to export.
Click the Export to Excel button, or select Export full details as Excel from the drop-down.
Click the Generate button on the Modal form to download the spreadsheet file.
Optionally, click the Password Protect Report toggle to set a password for the spreadsheet file. You can click the Copy button to copy the password, or Eye button to unmask it. After entering a secure password, click Download Excel to save the file.
